- Trash pick-up is only once a week on Wednesdays.
- Recycling pick-ups are every Wednesday.
- Please don’t put trash before 5:00 pm the evening before pick up.
- Please remove trash cans from the sidewalk after pick up.
- Please DO NOT blow grass into the gutters as it blocks and pollutes the drains.
- Basketball nets are not permitted in the street.
- All exterior property areas must be maintained.
- Please remove all grass and weeds from sidewalks and curbs including GUTTERLINES.
- Please DO NOT throw snow into the streets.
- Building permits are required for most construction jobs.
- The Board of Commissioners meets on the first and third Wednesday of the month, unless posted otherwise.
- Please DO NOT rake leaves into the street as they block the storm drains.
- Open Burning is NOT permitted.
- Pets must be leashed and pet waste must be cleaned up.
